Not Opening in Pages & No Way to Contact

I am unable to open these templates in pages. I am getting an error saying Pages is not downloaded, but it actually is downloaded, and when I attempt to go to their support pages I am being redirected to a FAQs page only. No way to directly contact the creators and inform them of the issue. If anyone else has experienced this and knows how it can be resolved, please let me know…or post a comment.
