Really?

I purchased this app, and it will not download. The support page (FAQ) stated that I would recieve an email confirmation after purchase with instructions to download. Never go the confirmation of downloand instructions. Why should I pay for something that will not download. Who do I contact to get my money back. This is a rip-off. Very disappointed, indeed! I will contact my credit card company first thing in the morning to dispute this $25 charge.
