Templates for Pages - DesiGN App Reviews

This app is not worth the money I paid for it. Most of the template are photo filled - no real great graphics. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t work with pages 5.0!!!!!!!! what can I do?

I just paid $25 for this app because I was looking for newsletter templates. I found the templates so bland and simple that I don’t expect I’ll ever use any of them. I think this purchase was a huge waste of money. I wish I could have previewed the templates before I had to purchase them, because I was very disappointed with them.

I bought both new products Pages and then Pages for Templates. They are not working. Whenever I try to open a template it tells me to get the latest version of Pages. I already have that!!! This is so frustrating. I’ve sent them an email and requested they call me as soon as possible to get this resolved.

This is one great app. It is everything promised and more! Works like a charm.

Maybe 10-12% of the templates are interesting, the rest are generic to terrible. Don’t waste your money. This is worth about $7

This has a few great templates. Especially for someone looking to do something quick and easy. A lot of helpful menu’s, poster and brochures. Not worth the $33 though…. good for a basic beginner.

I’ve had this program for probably 5 years, its been the best purchase I have ever made. They add templates on a regular basis, the quality is excellent. I’ve even taken elements from one template to another, with very little effort. Thank you for creating a great template resource.

I use this and other programs by Graphic Node (Elements for I-work, Templates for Pages, etc…) and they worked great! They were simple but with beautiful graphics and illustrations. Unlucky I’ve decided to update my Pages program to its new version and all these programs don’t work anymore. Please arrange this bug asap! Thank you.

I’ve been using this template set for a few years. Overall, useful and with good variety. I don’t often like to mess around with intricate designs and layouts so this fits me needs easily. And if I want to make a change, of course I can. I also use their other Templates for Numbers product and I can confidently say the same quality exists across those products. Nothing I do needs bespoke and hand-crafted results, so these templates get the job done and save me time. Totally worth full price.

I like that the developer updates this app. Lots of useful templates and a great way to make sure you stand out from other Mac users by having a template that isn’t one most people have seen before. There is a large selection of templates and the images work well. You can also customize them as needed. My biggest complaint is that the app will post notifications for their other products in the Notification center. If you are smart you’ll never turn on notifications, but if you do go to your Apple Icon > System Preferences... > Notifications > Turn off notifications for “Templates for Pages"

When I choose a Template to design in pages, some work, some don’t. Most of the ones I would like to design, don’t show up in Pages when I double clik on them. I just get a blank page. Waste of $25.

I thought this was going to be a more generic flyer/brochure program, and it wasnt.

Wasted my money, this is worth $2.99 at the most.

At first when I decided to buy this app I didnt think it would be good. It turns out it is just what i needed. It has 3 times more templates than pages has and they are way better quality. I do not regret buying it at all!

Was really excited to get a Christmas Card going for this year but found this app lacking in options and hard to manage. Only found one size card and no options for adding pictures or textures except for what was already on the card or what I can already do with pages. No suggestions except to say I just bought the worng app probably not their fault.

***Get this app… The dev adds around 150 templates every few weeks, which brings the total count to 712! This is the best template app on the MAS! Faster than Angry Birds levels too!*** Original Review: $16 is a steal for 406 templates! True, this app is ALMOST as expensive as Pages itself, but its a great deal too! Im not going to restate everything already stated in the previous reviews, but this app is epic! Of course, I would love more templates… :) But this app is obviously the best Pages template app in the MAS!

I work at a church and continually have send out flyers for stuff. After you create an image you can simply drag and drop and go from there....the templates that are in this app is great for layout guides or simply just add your own text and use what they already give you! It worth the money even if they start charging $69.99 for the app, its that good!

i love this app but ive been trying to install updates but it hasnt been downloading correctly. it keeps saying "a problem has occured" where it says updates @ the top of app store but thats a personal computer problem. otherwise great.
