Templates for Pages does not work with the latest Pages

I bought both new products Pages and then Pages for Templates. They are not working. Whenever I try to open a template it tells me to get the latest version of Pages. I already have that!!! This is so frustrating. I’ve sent them an email and requested they call me as soon as possible to get this resolved.
